TIME TABLE FOR ORDER ARRIVAL
- ALL ORDERS take a minimum of 12 hours to process. Once processed, orders are assembled for packaging, labeling and carrier pick up.
ORDER PROCESSING DELAYS INCLUDE:
- Holidays – When ordering around a holiday date, orders will take longer to process.
- Weekly Order Processing Schedule – Orders placed Friday will be shipped out the following Monday. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out the following Tuesday.
- Time allotted for shipping is based on several factors, including destination address and how quickly Wellspring Ministries can obtain and assemble items for shipment.
- To determine an order’s estimated DELIVERY DATE please factor in the following information. Your order is received and packaged within an average of 24 hours. This time may vary depending on the day an order is made, availability of the items and shipping method selected by the customer.
- Orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item may take longer to assemble and ship. Please allow extra time for these types of orders.
Most orders are estimated to be shipped within 48 hours from the time it was placed.
- US Postal Service – PRIORITY: Ship time is subject to item availability. USPS Priority transit time is approximately 3-4 business days from the time it leaves our building until it is delivered to you.
- US Postal Service – PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL: Ship time is subject to item availability. Airmail Parcel ship time is an estimated 4-10 days. USPS is not responsible for delivery time once your order leaves the border of the United States. Wellspring Ministries is not responsible for duties or taxes incurred upon your packages. Some international packages have been known to take up to 2 months to reach their destination because of other countries’ delivery services. Please be aware, some countries require extra documentation to be presented at the time of delivery.
- Orders that are shipped USPS do not have guaranteed tracking. Delivery confirmation numbers are used on packages when available from USPS.
- On occasion packages are returned as “undeliverable”. In such cases, we will issue a full refund (minus the shipping charges).
- If a package is deemed lost as a result of our error, we will refund the order. HOWEVER, if the order is lost because of customer error, the charges will not be refunded.
- We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.
- If you suspect your order cannot be delivered, and you have not received confirmation of its return or a refund, please contact us.
WHY WAS MY PACKAGE UNDELIVERALBE?
Our carriers may deem a package “undeliverable” for one of the following reasons:
- CARRIER DOES NOT DELIVER TO THE ADDRESS: USPS does not deliver to some addresses. If you (or your office) have put in a request for address forwarding, please note that USPS only forwards first-class mail and magazines, U.S.P.S DOES NOT FORWARD PACKAGES.
- ADDRESS FORMAT: If an address was entered in an incorrect format, it will be undeliverable.
- If you live in an area experiencing snowstorms or other extreme weather, weather delays may add additional time to the estimated delivery date of your order.
AFTER ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE
- USPS Ship Methods: No tracking is available at this time. Due to this feature, please allow 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date before inquiring about your order.
- ALL MP3 purchases are FINAL.
TIME LIMIT FOR RETURNS
- FULL REFUND CONDITIONS: REFUNDS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY WELLSPRING MINISTRIES. Only new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Wellspring Ministries will receive a refund within 30 days of delivery. Any products shipped to Wellspring Ministries without pre-approval will not be refunded.
- PARTIAL REFUND CONDITIONS: Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive only a partial refund.
Please try playing all media in several different players before contacting us about potentially faulty product. Some MEDIA (DVD/CD) will not play in equipment that is not CURRENT technology.
- We will replace any faulty product you may receive. Before returning the product to us, please contact us and provide the following information:
- Your name as it appears on the order
- Shipping address
- Your daytime phone number
- Order number
- Product details: please include information on the make, model and year of your CD/DVD player and symptoms of your faulty product.
- Items returned to Wellspring Ministries that are damaged may or may not receive a partial refund. Your refund will be at the discretion of Wellspring Ministries.
WINDOW OF TIME FOR REFUND
- ALL REFUNDS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY WELLSPRING MINISTRIES. Please do NOT return ANY products without contacting Wellspring Ministries. Products shipped to Wellspring Ministries without pre-approval will not be accepted for refund.
- You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you may receive a refund more quickly.
- Time period stated includes the transit time for us to receive your return product (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
