Gayle Hadley, Worship Pastor

Gayle Hadley

Worship Pastor

Gayle and her husband, Pat, are the founding pastors of Wellspring Church. They have personally experienced God’s healing power through restoration of their marriage and desire to see others healed and transformed by encountering God’s amazing love.

Gayle has been a musician her entire life. Her hunger for God led to a passion for worship; especially worship filled with His presence.  One of Gayle’s favorite passages about worship is recorded in the Old Testament:

2 Chronicles 5:13-14

“13 indeed it came to pass, when the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the Lord, and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the Lord, saying:

‘For He is good, For His mercy endures forever,’

that the house, the house of the Lord, was filled with a cloud, 14 so that the priests could not continue ministering because of the cloud; for the glory of the Lord filled the house of God.”

Now THAT’S Worship!!

Monica Lucas, Administrator
Eric Lucas, Media Director

Eric & Monica Lucas

Media Director and Church Administrator

Monica is thrilled to serve as Church Administrator at Wellspring, as well as one of the leaders in youth ministry; and Eric ministers on the worship team as one of the drummers, and serves as Media Director. Married since 1990, they moved to Anchorage (for the 3rd time) in mid-2009 with the U.S. Air Force, where Eric retired after 22 years of service. They have three miracle children: two teenage daughters and a young son, who ARE the beginning of their “God story” after over a year of infertility treatments. Upon returning to Anchorage, they found their friends at Wellspring Church and an amazing ministry that brought physical, emotional, and relational healing into their family. In that first year, Monica discovered freedom from migraine headaches, complete healing and restoration in their marriage and other family relationships, and their children were able to throw out their allergy and asthma medications as they each cast off years of bitterness, self-bitterness, fear, and abandonment issues (which they believe to be results of a military lifestyle).

The growth here at Wellspring never stops, because they work with a leadership team of individuals who are always reading, searching, acquiring and teaching new tools and knowledge. As a result, healthy lifestyles, thriving relationships, successful parenting, and a passion to sustain a culture of honor where respect, love, and restoration stands at the door with open arms.
